How can I check my order status?

My order details are incorrect. Can I change them?

How do I clean the Essential Bag?
The Essential Bag is designed to handle all of the “stuff” that a healthcare worker handles on their shifts. To clean the bag, hand wash the bag with wipes and let dry. Do not put the bag in the washing machine.
Does the Essential Bag come in different sizes?
The Essential Bag only has 1 size. The bag was specifically made for healthcare workers and was made with the purpose to store all the different equipment needed throughout the day. The bag is slightly larger than other fanny packs to fit more and also has specific pockets and zippers made for a healthcare worker’s tools.
